Before You Book

 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking and all bookings are non-refundable.

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Changes requested within 24 hours may result in the loss of your booking fee.

• Clients under the age of 16 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout the appointment and provide consent. All clients, regardless of age, must bring valid photo ID, and parents or guardians may also be asked to provide photo ID and proof of guardianship where required.

• Every piercing is subject to your individual anatomy. If, during your consultation, we advise that a particular piercing is not suitable, this is always in the interest of safe placement, successful healing, and achieving the best possible result. We appreciate your understanding that, due to the time reserved and professional assessment provided, payments are non-refundable.

• If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication that may affect healing or increase the risk of bleeding, we recommend consulting your GP or healthcare professional before booking. If you're unsure whether it's safe to proceed, please contact us before making your appointment.
